Salopian
Brass is a well-established, friendly band
based in Shrewsbury. Come and join us! Brass Players Wanted. We are a non-competing Brass Band with a busy and varied
program. We can play at indoor and outdoor events at bandstands and garden
fetes as well as charity events, church services, Remembrance day parades and
carol services. We
rehearse on Thursday evenings from 7.30pm until 9.oopm at BAYSTON HILL
METHODIST CHURCH where we promise a warm welcome for players of all ages and
standards We
have some excellent players in the band and some not quite so excellent but
equally enthusiastic! We help and
support each other and all are valued.
We also have fun! We
now have a new MD in the way of Jeremy Jones who has taken over the
reins. He is keen to keep us moving
along and progressing in our abilities and repertoire. Hopefully he will be able to keep us in
